The Element Global Equity Fund is a Rand denominated foreign equity fund which invests in a concentrated portfolio of highest conviction global equity securities.
Our asset allocation funds - the Element Flexible Fund, Element Balanced Fund and Element Real Income Fund - currently invest in the Element Global Equity Fund as their foreign equity asset allocation strategy.
The Fund Objective
The Element Global Equity Fund aims to achieve long term capital appreciation without concentrating on income requirements and to create an internationally diversified equity portfolio for investors.
Fund Manager
Element Investment Managers is the fund manager of the Element Global Equity Fund, however, we have selected Epoch Investment Partners, a global equity manager, to assist with the equity selection process. Epoch is an investment firm with a suitable alignment of investment philosophies, processes and ethos to our firm.
Epoch is a boutique investment management firm based in New York, with an investment team comprising of approximately 22 investment professionals who boast extensive investment knowledge with an average of over 20 years’ experience. Its diversified client base, both by country and client type, has resulted in the firm’s steady growth in assets since its inception.
